Congressman Jim Langevin (D-RI) launched his Lunch with Langevin program last year in the hopes of engaging Rhode Islanders and getting feedback on the issues that are important to them. Each quarter, Langevin holds open office hours at a restaurant in the Second District, and constituents are invited to come and share their questions or concerns in an informal setting.
